Joseph Beyanga now known as Joe walker and also the man behind the #StayInYourLane campaign has today reached Masaka in his 320 Kilometer walk from Kampala to Bushenyi.The walk, themed ‘safe roads save lives’, aims at improving proper road usage through reducing accidents caused by reckless driving and careless road users. The team making the 320km walk from Kampala to Bushenyi in the Joe Walker “Safe Roads Save lives” campaign have so far covered 72km. The walk that started on February 28 at the Monitor Publications Ltd headquarters in Namuwongo started its third day today, March 2nd. The Nation Media Group head of radio production Joseph Beyanga is preparing to walk a distance of 320 kilometres from Kampala to Bushenyi starting on the 28th of February 2022. Beyanga, who is in charge of KFM and Dembe FM among other duties, says the walk, dubbed Joe Walker, aims at creating road safety awareness and reminding Ugandan motorists to save pedestrians.
